We are located at 348 Bluewater Road in Atlantic Acres Business Park in Bedford. Our location offers a spacious training area with “state-of-the-art” dense foam, martial arts mat flooring. In addition, there is a main foyer, which accommodates the change rooms, washroom, office and a viewing window with seating for spectators to watch class in the training room. Our school and it's instructors strive to provide a fun environment for families and individuals to train. Our schedule offers classes that accommodate adults and children to participate at the same time.
